Mojito
INGREDIENTS:
7-8 mint leaves
2 oz light rum
1 oz lime juice
1 oz Hāmākua Coast Premium Pure Cane Sugar Syrup
2-3 oz soda water
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add mint to mixing tin and muddle 5-7 times.
Pour light Rum, lime juice, and HCP Pure Cane Sugar Syrup into mixing tin.
Fill cocktail glass full of ice and add to mixing tin.
Shake vigorously 10-12 times.
Pour into cocktail glass.
Top off with soda water.
Add a lime wedge and mint sprig for garnish, straw, and enjoy.
