Mojito

INGREDIENTS:

7-8 mint leaves

2 oz light rum

1 oz lime juice

1 oz Hāmākua Coast Premium Pure Cane Sugar Syrup

2-3 oz soda water

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add mint to mixing tin and muddle 5-7 times.

  2. Pour light Rum, lime juice, and HCP Pure Cane Sugar Syrup into mixing tin.

  3. Fill cocktail glass full of ice and add to mixing tin.

  4. Shake vigorously 10-12 times.

  5. Pour into cocktail glass.

  6. Top off with soda water.

  7. Add a lime wedge and mint sprig for garnish, straw, and enjoy.
